The Westport Weston Family Y and the Team Mossman Triathlon Club want to get the community moving. For the second year, the Y and Team Mossman teamed up to host the second-annual Mossman Indoor Triathlon. The athletes hit the water for a fifteen-minute swim, hopped on stationary spin bikes for a twenty-five-minute cycle, and hit the treadmills for a twenty-minute run. Volunteers cheered on the dozens of athletes, some of whom were training for collegiate nationals. Each year, Team Mossman donates thousands of dollars raised during events to local and national charities.
