The Aspetuck Land Trust (ALT), a nonprofit devoted to preserving and conserving precious open spaces in Easton, Weston, Fairfield and Westport, recently celebrated art and inspiration. The Weston Public Library held an exhibit called “ALT Arts.” Local artists exhibited their work at the library and agreed to donate 50 to 100 percent of sales to the land trust. Many artists drew their inspiration from nature and the forest land that the ALT protects. Funds raised will help the ALT conserve the environment and educate the community.
