Night Owls

A Night Out for Nature, the twenty-sixth annual auction to benefit Earthplace, took place at Brooklawn Country Club in Fairfield. Following a silent auction and iPad raffle, guests enjoyed dinner and a fun live auction. At the event, Julia Lang Mally received the organization’s award for Outstanding Environmental Advocate, and Katy Blackburn and David Mally were honored with awards for Outstanding Junior Advocates. Earthplace, the Nature Discovery Center, is located in Westport. The center includes educational programs, a nursery school, a sanctuary for injured animals, and miles of trails for nature explorers of all ages.
