New Horizons

Students offered musical performances as a show of gratitude to those who support Horizons at GFA program. Held at the Patterson Club in Fairfield, the event celebrated the program, which offers academic and arts enrichment curriculum to Bridgeport students,  kindergarteners through eighth-graders. It is held during the summer at the stately Greens Farms Academy. The Horizons High School Program provides year-round one-on-one tutoring and mentoring. At the event, two students spoke, one performed a solo, and others performed a drum dance and song for the nearly 200 guests. Bill Brennan served as emcee and auctioneeer for the evening.
