Let’s just face it: We have a serious weakness for this ultimate comfort food in all of its tasty incarnations. We are continually transforming it in new and unexpected ways. Today, there are pizza pies to suit any palate and price. This is especially so in Fairfield County, where traditional tomato- and-cheese pies are offered along with inspired gourmet choices. We visited some of the area's most popular pizza joints to get a taste of the choices.
