Having “balance” means much more than standing on one foot in tree pose. The physical feat can be uplifting, but balance in yoga means a true connection between the body, mind and soul. Finding your core (center and soul) to help you gain stability in life and on your yoga mat can improve focus, relieve stress, and help you gain the tools to deal with difficult situations. Led by Emily Tully and Nancy Joyce, this 90-minute workshop will focus on balancing poses, physically and energetically. All levels welcome!
